Download Link Not Sent

Hello. I would like to know if you could help me out as I see that I should have already received the download link and I have not. It's not in the bulk folder either. My transaction ID is 68D82273M3242160L

I had the same problem but when I checked my mail on webmail I saw the mail with the downloadlink inside
