Yahoo Ping ID Question

What is the appication path we put in the form to submit for the Yahoo ID?

I take it I need to signup for one of these for each website I use the script on as well right?

The form to apply for the Yahoo Developer ID requires the following information. I clicked the link above and signed in and found that they want:

*Developer/companyname:    
*Product name:    'My Yahoo! Enabled Web App'
*Web Application URL:

What would be my Yahoo "Enabled Web App" in this case? Web application URL?

I am having difficulty seeing how this relates to submitting a sitemap.

You should enter the software title your site is running on (if any).

I'm not sure what you mean by "what software title your site is running on...."
