Only resolves to error pages

I have uploaded the script, changed permissions and it only resolves to error pages? I get the welcome screen but when I try to save the screen it goes to a 404 page????

any help would be appreciated..

Please re-download sitemap generator package (using the same download link) and reinstall it.
