Won't crawl? Is something wrong with my site?

Great product!

However.... It doesn't work for my site. I put in the URL and pressed start, but all I get after about 10 seconds is:

"An error occured

There was an error while the URL specified: [external links are visible to admins only]
Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request."

Is something wrong with my website?
