Exclude duplicate links

Hi,
I bought your site map creator and installed it.
I have a problem of multiple pages.
My site is bi-language. I have some of the pages in the following format:
Path/file.php
Path/file.php/language/he
Path/file.php/language/en

I would like to exclude: Path/file.php without excluding the other two.
If I use your exclude the other two shall also be excluded since they contain the first one as sub-string.
How can I exclude a specific string?

I'm getting duplicates because it is running through my reviews php. This file is in my root - Would I just put the filename i.e. reviews.php in the excludes box?

Yes, that is correct - put it into both "Do not parse" and "Exclude URLs" options.
