excluding url's - using wildcards
« on: July 26, 2005, 03:41:51 AM »
Is it possible to exclude URL's using wildcards such *?

For instance there is a series of urls "amazon/asinsearch_0914955578/" , "amazon/asinsearch_0962550019/", etc.

I don't want to exclude "amazon/" but I do want to exclude all URLs such as "amazon/asinsearch_0962550019/"

So could I use an exclude such as "amazon/asinsearch_*/?

Thanks.

Hi Richard,

wildcards are not supported to keep the configuration simplified.
The script looks for substring in URL, so you can use "amazon/asinsearch_" as exclude URL.
