Setting the priority
« on: November 21, 2006, 08:39:30 PM »
Hi there,

I have the paid version, and I am trying to set the priorty on some urls.
Readnig the manual I see there is a way to do this, it seems you have to specify the date modified as well. I only want to specify the priorty.

Any ideas?

Hello,

you can leave other individual attributes empty if you don't want to modify them.

Thanks for the reply.
Not quite working...

For exmaple we want out index page to have a priorty of 1 so we checked the site map and saw the url was simply [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

so we stuck in
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ],,1
didn't work, tried it with a trailing slash but that didn't work either...
tried it with 1.0 and that didn't work.

Tried a few other pages and it didn't pickup the new priority.
Hmm

Sure
But I have spent the last 5 minutes trying to find the PM button....
Looked all over your profile, and then in my messages area to try and find a 'Write Message' or something similar....

Hello,

you should use forum login/password sent to you in automated email after purchase to have permissions to send PMs on the forum.
