Error Code: HTTP headers: x_csize: 0
« on: April 08, 2014, 10:52:44 PM »
Hello,

I have just installed the Sitemap Generator, and when trying to crawl for the first time I get this error:

 HTTP Code:

 HTTP headers:
 x_csize: 0

 HTTP output:

I researched the forums and saw that a common problem was Port 80, so I called my hosting provider and she verified that the port was open.

Please advise.
Thank you!

Hello,

please let me know your generator URL/login in private message to check this.

Hi

I have this problem as well, I just moved my Forum to a new server, still with the same host and upgraded to 6.1. I get the same error as above when I try and run the crawl

Hi Just purchased today and have the same issue, I have contacted my host about port 80 but not yet had a reply, I am a Heart Internet reseller and havn't had any issues in the past with running port 80 scripts.

UPDATE from Host
Please be aware that http loopbacks are not available on the shared servers, this is where a script calls [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] to call a file. I think the generator may be using http loopbacks in their scripting. I would recommend checking with its developers to confirm this. If it is indeed using http loopbacks, this script could not be run on the shared servers.

So is it not possible to run XML sitemap?
Regards

Hello,

in this case I would recommend to run generator in command line if you have ssh access to your server, or setup a cron task in hosting control panel to run generator.
