CSS - changing the look of the generated sitemap.
« on: March 02, 2007, 04:27:51 PM »
First, sorry for the cross-post, just realised I posted the original in the bugs section by mistake. If a forum mod wants to delete it from there (same title), please do so.

My question is, is there a facility to point to a css file for the .html sitemap.  The reason for this is that I have the actual sitemap.html linked in the footer of every page on my site.  I would like to be able to style this so that it matches my sites look without manually editing the embedded css in the sitemaps file each time I create a new sitemap.

I could edit the sitemap manually and insert a link reference, rather than have it embedded, but it would be nice to be able to have the sitemap generator put in the css from a file I specify.

I thought I read about this somewhere in the docs, but I can't find a reference now.
Thanks for any advice you can give...  :)

Hello,

you can customize HTML sitemap layout (including CSS) in pages/sitemap_tpl.html file.

Thanks for that.  I have altered it so it looks more like my website now.
