and I am sure,
The sitemap.xml and ror.xml files are both set with 666 permissions.
The data folder is set to 777 permissions,
The /www/wwwroot/default.com/public/sitemap.xml file sets 777 permissions,
max_execution_time: 36000
max_input_time: 60
memory_limit: 512M
