Socket Error I Think

I have just purchased and installed the standalone version and I think I am getting a socket error.

The trouble is that the error message is displayed so quickly that there is no chance you can even read it to get the details. I can't find an error log anywhere that these are posted to. Might this be a good idea to implement one?

I have searched on the forum and there seems to be lots of postings about this error but no-one has posted the answer!

Anyone help?

I've set "Server IP address" setting to "127.0.0.1" (this is a predefined local IP address) and that worked.
