Request Time Incorrect

I have changed the timestamp for the sitemap's generation to the current time (eastern standard time), yet the "Request date" time is 5 hours later. How can make sure the timestamp is correct for future generations of the sitemap?

The time in sitemap is in GMT zone according to standard.
