I'm getting the same error that a lot of people seem to get:

I have added the IP address - the site is on shared server hosting, does that make a difference?

I have PM'd the login to XML-Sitemaps Support

I've defined server IP address in generator config and it works now.

That's great, thank you Oleg, I was using the IP of the web server!
