Problem while generating the unlimited sitemap

Hi,

Ours is big site with millions of pages. Recently we have bought this unlimited site map generator, installed and configured it to server as per instructions.While generating site map it's giving an error of  "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 168 bytes)". It had generated site maps with around 700 urls and after that it had given the above error and got stopped crawling pages for site map generation. Could anyone help what needs to be done, how can we make it work to generate site maps of 50,000 urls?

Looking forward for suggestion...

you should increase memory_limit setting in your php configuration.
