I downloaded to my computer, now what? Huh

? I've tried to read everything in these forums and can not understand any of it!!!!!! I feel like an idiot.

you have ordered installation service, but did not provide FTP login details in purchase memo field. Please reply to email sent to you earlier with your FTP details or send them to me via private message on the forum.
