Hello,

with our online sitemap generator you get a ready to use xml sitemap file that should be uploaded to your website root. Usually this is simply done via FTP, you should contact your host to find out how to do that if you can't use FTP.

I've uploaded a sitemap for my forumotions forum... there is a tutorial on their support forum using this site - you can't upload xml files but you can upload an htm page directly for the forum...it works
