Updated Site-maps

Does the site map continually update over time as my site is changed and updated, or do I need to create a new site map periodically?

Hello,

you should create the scheduled task (cron job) in hosting control panel to regenerate sitemap automatically. Otherwise, you can manually regenerate it from time to time.
