PHP query question

When I look at my sitemap, it is converting links like:

[external links are visible to admins only]

into

[external links are visible to admins only]


which does not work.  How do I fix this?

The links in the sitemap are "urlencoded" for search engines according to sitemap protocol. You should not enter them directly in browser.
