Only indexes home page

Please advise. Over 800 should be indexed. Worked until a few weeks ago. Free online version still works correctly, just standalone version on the server that has the issue. Thanks.

Hello,

please try to change starting URL from domain.com to www.domain.com (or vice versa).

Have. All links on the site are set up with [external links are visible to admins only].

When configured to run with just domain.com it replies with an error.
