We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.

Could you please click "Details" on that error to find out more info (line number)?

The error is in sitemap1.xml

This is odd. I'm now getting this:

Sitemap file size error
Your Sitemap exceeds the maximum file size limit. Please create multiple Sitemaps containing fewer URLs to meet the file size limit.

But stagegold.com/sitemap.xml is broken down into sitemap1.xml and sitemap2.xml as  you can see if you go to the link.

generator has default limit set to 40000 URLs per file, please try to decrease it to say 30000.
