Trial version worked, the full version make an empty site map.

I've tried your software, and the trial version worked properly.

After this I've bought the full version of the Unlimited Sitmap Generator and I've copied
to my server the generator map.

I gave the appropriate permissions to files and folders.

Now the software generate me only an empty site map.

you need to redownload sitemap generator (full version) and reinstall a fresh copy.
