Indexing skips a lot of pages

Hi,

Recently I had to rename a lot of page extensions from .html to .php, due to server errors caused by Plesk.
Maybe a coincidence, but since then the number of indexed pages dropped significantly, from over 6000 to some 1300.

How can this be fixed?

could you please provide an example URL that is not included in a sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?

For instance the first link in the left sidebar:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

None of the links from the sidebar is indexed, since I renamed from .html to .php

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi, solved the issue.
Completely my bad, I had a Disallow on php files in my robots.txt
