500 Internal Server Error

Hello,

I just purchased and installed the XML Sitemap Generator to my server exactly as instructed.

Upon running the link to access it, I receive a 500 Internal Server Error.

Please advise on how I can get the generator working and if there are any other settings that need to be changed. I am running PHP v.7.4.10.

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
