Problems generating a sitemap

Hello,
First of all: I have been using the sitemap generator for many years and have never had any problems.

I also use the generator on other websites and everything works fine there.

Unfortunately, however, I have a problem with our website under the domain [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] that I cannot solve.

Each time, the crawler aborts after just one level.
I have already reinstalled the generator twice and also observed the rights, but it no longer works.

What can be the cause of this problem?
