After first index, what will it index next?

Another question before I forget..

I ran Sitemap Generator and it indexed my entire site and updated google, worked great!     But here is my question.   When I run it again (thinking about cron job every 2 to 3 days)   Will it index the same stuff that it already did?   Or just new posts since it last indexed?

Ok..      How often do you suggest sitemap generator to be run to update the sitemap?

And do you suggest any other settings to make it faster for a site that's busy?

that depends on how often does your site change. In most cases, a weekly sitemap generation is enough.
