Install Error

The following error is showing up when attempting to execute the script using  /generator/ in ie.  I did an install on another test server and it went through fine so I know I have the settings right and the directory structure.  I did an install on our production server and got the following error.  Thought it was a licensing issue so bought another copy and did an install with the same error.
