All pages not being indexed

all of my pages are not being indexed with your sitemap generator.
my URL is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and only 3 of my pages are in the sitemap.html
all of the links on index.htm are html links, and each page has a unique title.
the pages that are not being indexed are:
about_boyne_city_pc.htm
business_services.htm
home_services.htm
web_hosting_services.htm
web_services.htm

please note that you have many ULRs excluded in robots.txt: [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]

Those URLs are not part of my main site and have no bearing on my site, hence being added in robots.txt (www.boynecitypc.com) and the pages i listed as not being indexed. I was using GS site mapper and it indexes all of my pages.
