Hello - I ordered your software with the installation option - (paypal email ....) i sent you ftp details TWO TIMES to this email ... and  nothing has been done!

I went away on vacation last week (changed passwords etc) and am back now...I just sent you another email for the THIRD TIME

can you please respond and do the work I purchased?
