Paged table with over 5000 record indexes only the 25 on the first page

Using unlimited sitemap generator with Windows Server. The generator indexes only the pages that have to do with records that display on the first page of each table. Do I have to give up paging and show all 5000 or so records?

make sure that you have html links to all further pages (not using javascript pager or pulldown menu with page numbers).
