Fee for Installing script

I followed instructions but I failed to change file attributes through ftp I go the following message

[sitemap.xml]
COMMAND:> SITE CHMOD 666 sitemap.xml
500 'SITE CHMOD 666 sitemap.xml': command not understood

Also failed to change file attribtes through control panel

Could you add fee for installation , it would be easier for newbie like me.
