Apostrophes Causing Trouble

Hi,

I have a bunch of pages (85 to be exact) that have apostrophes (') in them, because the URLs are rewritten with company names and the company names contain apostrphes.  When the sitemap generator scans through them, it returns an error, even though Google and the other companies have indexed the pages in question.  Is there any way that pages with apostrophes can be included in the sitemaps?  Since these pages are already indexed, I'd really like to keep them that way.  Is there anything that can be done?
