Problem with upgrade to 2.6

I have Upgrade to version 2.60 and I have few problems.
I need to restart crawling few times (that is not new, in version 2.52 the same but now does not finish) and I get error and I can not finish.

First time I have this error

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

With version 2.53 it creates the sitemap but at the end I get a lot of errors, is this normal?
