Hello

I bought and installed your product yesterday but I fail to get it working correctly.

When I try to index my index.php I only get some of the links.

It leaves the most important links out. These links are as clear cut as they can be.

<a href="filename.php" target="_blank">Link text</a>

How come it can't understand a simple link like that?

it does however index all my links in the side with this structure:

<a href="index.php?name=name-of-person">Link text</a>

and no the link is not broken.

explain to me why or please direct me to a phone number or some sort of live chat that can help me out.

the starting url is set to the index.php site is this wrong???

Can I maybe pay something to someone to get help something???

I really need this fixed, I am working on a contract and this software is the only thing between me and my paycheck!!

Another piece of info

this comes up in the log file once the crawling is done, which btw takes hours???

okay now

furthermore...

I have tried point at the root of the public html folder, the actual directory which I  want index and the index.php file in the actual directory which from it all starts....

None of these solutions resulted in a useful solution...

Is this something that can be solved or can I get my money back if it's your software not working???
