Newbie question - installed OK, crawls only one page

Hello,

I have installed successfully and can view and configure as required.  I left most settings on default and ran the first crawl.

The crawl complete but only the first page was mapped.  I used the domain name as my starting URL, added the correct paths and everything seems to work without any errors, so why does it only find one page?

The site is a mixture of html and php files.

if u r running on dedicated ip  put your ip in

config.inc.php file

I am getting this same issue. It  only crawls one page. I am not running on a dedicated ip.

Similar problem, Mine worked fine the other day indexed 384 pages, today only does one.

I am having the same problem with only my homepage being crawled. Should I just PM you the generator URL and an example URL? I wished you could post the solution to the forum for all to see.

When I left out the www. in my "Starting URL:" on the Configuration Page, the script crawled my entire site. This is good, but I am curious to know why. Any ideas?

That happens since according to xml sitemap protocol, [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] and www. [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] are different domains.
