Problem with cron in plesk

Hello , after looking at your forum and others i still notfind the solutions.

my errors;
first error =  /bin/sh: /usr/local/bin/php: No such file or directory
command = /usr/local/bin/php /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/generator/runcrawl.php

second error= /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/generator/runcrawl.php: line 1: ?php: No such file or directory
/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/generator/runcrawl.php: line 2: syntax error near unexpected token `base64_decode'
