Admin - How Do I Get Access to the Unlimited Generator Forums

I've tried to find any of the normal forum stuff, PM or Email.  No instructions are sent upon registering.  I can't seem to find any posts about how to get upgraded.

I'm a paying customer, how the heck do I get my account upgraded?
