only one link is getting stored

hi,
when I run the crawler only the main domain name is getting listed in my sitemap, I tried with you free generator from your site it worked, I also tried the dowloaded version from my local pc to crawl my main site it worked but
when I try it after uploading it doesn't work there. Please help.

make sure that you specified Starting URL correctly (i.e. if you pages have [ External links are visible to logged in users only ], you cannot specify starting url as [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] without www prefix).
