Error when Sitemap generation is in progress

I have the following error when I click in the run button in the crawling section:

Sitemap generation in progress
Warning: set_time_limit(): Cannot set time limit in safe mode in (my path) class.grab.inc.php(2) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code on line 6

But after of that message the process finalize and I obtain a sitemap.xml with only 1 Pages indexed.

Please, if I give you my web page url, can you generate for me a valid sitemap.xml?

Hi,

There was a minor bug in Generator - all pages were exluded when "exclude extensions" field is empty (it's not default, but it was in your case).
The problem is fixed in the v1.03. Please upgrade using the same download link sent after registering.

Hi,

I have to note again - this is NOT an error This is a PHP warning message and it's shown to let you know that your host doesn't allow to extend the script's execution time. The script CONTINUE to work after this message.
It was discussed here:

And that wasn't the subject of fix in v1.03. As I wrote, in your case only 1 page was crawled because you had empty 'exclude extensions' field. And this issue is fixed - now it's possible to have empty 'exclude extensions' and it will still work correctly.

Hm.. yes, indeed. Did you extracted config file when upgraded? It looks like some configuration settings (that are not editable at config screen) are broken.
Could you please:
- download the distrib again (it contains full clean config now)
- extract it, including config.inc.php file this time to return to initial settings
- set your domain/path and try to crawl
