Exess 500 page limit on on-line generator, but only 53 with unlimited

Hi all,
I just installed Unlimited PHP Generator on site, and it give me only 53 pages, but when I do that online, It find more than 500 !.
My site has a few thousands pages.

Is something wrong in my config ?
