Blue Host Install

I have quite a few successful installations on multi[ple hosts.  I'm attempting my first on Bluehost. 
It seems fine, but runs to the point where it says 'Generating sitemap'.  It then returns to the config screen
and no sitemaps have been generated. 
Is there something different on a Bluehost site? 
I've checked permissions filenames etc.  What have I missed?

please try to enter your server IP address in advanced options section.

Thanx for the suggestion, but it's still 'No Go'
Any other possibilities?

Hello,

please try "127.0.0.1" IP address. If it still doesn't work, probably there is a configuration problem and your server doesn't allow local network connections via port 80 (http) - as a result sitemap generator is not able to crawl the site. This is usually related to firewall installed at the host - could you please contact your hosting support regarding this?
Also, in some cases this can be fixed with DNS Doctoring operation on the server.

Using IP 127.0.0.1 in the advanced setup worked. 
What is that about?

Excellent!
Sometimes server configuration prevents scripts to associate domain name with corresponding IP address and http connection fails as a result. Manually specified local IP can resolve that though.
