My sitemap generator is not being validated properly.

My sitemap generator is not validating properly.  Every time I submit is to Google I get errors.  First it was to large of a sitemap size, I fixed that though.  Then I'm getting

Parsing error
We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting

Admin please help.
