when i started to build the sitemap it stopped

Yes that is what i do i go to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and i typed my site name and it started but it doesn't complete !

I have a problem with my sitemap too.  I don't understand how to fix what the error is.  Can someone help...I am new to this.
