Paid SM Only Crawls 400 pages

Hello.  Bought SM a few weeks ago and having trouble.  Can have it crawl 1, 5. 50, 100, and 400 pages.  But can't do beyond 420 and up - even unlimited.  Have about 15000 pages or so.  Any ideas?

why can't you get more than 420 pages? Do you get any errors?

no errors as far as I can see - last run got up to 600+ and just seems to stay stationary - I check it the next day and it only records those runs with 420 or less crawled pages - any more seem to be ignored  thanks D.
