Exclude URLs for proper SMF indexing

What should I enter in exclude URLs to have good indexing (without duplicates) of SMF forum:

we are currently using the following parameters for our SMF forum (both Do not parse URLs and Exclude URLs options)

Can I index the forum separately by just adding the full forum URL, i.e. https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/forum/index.php ?
