Crawler not loading

Generator has been working fine for two weeks and crawler approx 62k pages. This morning I went to the Generator and clicked on 'Crawling' to check progress but page is not loading properly. It only goes as far as the 'running on background' button and nothing else, so I can't view my stats. Is there anything I can do about this, please? Thanks.
