Can I translate ur script and resell to other website owners?

Hi, i purchased ur script and wonder if it is allowed to translate them and buy bulk lincenses from you and resell them to other Chinese users...and how to make sure they won't be illegally distributed?

like a verification process? semi automatic generation of sitemaps with your or my approval before the script can be run? otherwise, the script will be useless?
