Windows Server - Errors on install

While I wait for the host to expalin to me how to use the Plesk admin control panel to set the permissions - maybe somebody has a how to. I'm pretty sure this error is because I can't "CHMOD" the file:

\you should setup file permissions as described in installation instructions (allow write access to config.inc.php file, sitemap.xml and data/ folder).

That's the "problem" - figuring out how to allow write access on the Windows server - the instructions are vague at best. I think I've got part of it but the error message files by so fast when I'm running the crawl I don't know what else is wrong.

In case of WIndows hosting file permissions are set via Hosting Control Panel or remote desktop access to the server (details depend on exact hosting CP software used on your host).
