Problem with accents in pagerank

Hello,
I use accents in my urls (I am french).
I must get on the sitemap a url encoded properly (if not the pagerank is 0).
For exemple :
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
is 2/5
and
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
is 0 , and it's the same page !

What is the procedure please?

you should have links properly urlencoded in html source on your site, this is how our crawler "sees" and indexes them .
