xml SHOWS ERROR 403

Installed unlimited XML and it is showing 403 error
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
I checked all permissions and followed instructions to the letter. What could I be doing wrong?

Make sure that you did NOT modify permissions of "generator" folder itself (it should be unchanged - 0755).
