ROR & GBase - Max Nr. of Pages

Do I understand correctly that the maximum number of pages permitted for 'ror.xml' and 'gbase.xml' is 1000. If so, how can I increase this number to say 2000?

Is it possible that I change the location of where 'urllist.txt' and 'gbase.xml' are stored. I'd like to have all the sitemaps located in the root directory.

Does the GBase Sitemap really work for submission to GoogleBase. There doesn't seem to be any product/price information included.

Google Base is not supported yet (an experimental template is added as an example of extending the functionality of sitemap generator).

The total number of URLs in ror sitemap is not limited, it includes all URLs found on your site.
